Republic Secreteriat for relations with International criminal court in Hague and war crime investigation hrough the office of ICTY have received answer of the Prosecution Office of International Tribunal in Hague concerning delivered proof materials for committed war crimes against serbian ethnicity civilians in the area of municipality Srpski Brod.
In this agreemnet Prosecutor Office in Hague has confirmed that materials in the ‘case Sijekovac', in which charges have been pressed against Nijaz Causevic,known as “Medo”, have been delivered by this Secreteriat to the Tribunal in Hague on 09.09.2003. However this case ,after the cessation of the Department ‘Drumska Pravila' of Hague Tribunal,have been transferred to the jurisdiction of the Court of Bosnia nad Hercegovina , in which is now being proccessed.
Also Prossecutor Office of Hague Tribunal have confirmed to the Republic Secreteriat for relations with International crime couert in Hague an acceptence of another case documents along with proof documentatin , delivered by Association for search of captured soldiers and missing civilians of municipality Srpski Brod and Association war prisoners of municipality Srpski Brod ,which is also consisted of proof materials of commited war crimes against serbian civilians in the area of municipality Srpski Brod. In the answer concerning this case Secreteriat got the folowing answer- ‘ Prossecutor Office of Tribunal in Hague hava evaluated these documents and concluded that these do not have necessery level for processing which is usually targeted to of highly ranked persons but items found in these materials ,which were the subject of investigation, proved to be very valuble in other cases. Upon request from this Secreteriat personnel of Prosecutor Ofiice of Hague Tribunal did not give neither information of those other cases in which this material can be used nor against which persons can be used.
