In of preparation for defence procedure in case “Sarajevo” , during last month Secretariat was visited by the representative and investigator of the proffesional team of lawyers of the Hague suspect  mr. Dragomir Milošević.

Upon request of the defence team Secretariat have given all the necessary help, certain evidence  which were in possesion of the office, insight in military records of Republika Srpska Military Archive and provided contact with the persons in which defence team was interested. Accused Dragomir Milošević have replaced general Stanislav Galić during august 1994 in position of commander of Sarajevo Romania corpus of Republika Srpska  Mlitary  after which,  according to the accusation,  together with him granated Sarajevo during previous civil war in Bosnia and Hercegovina

Otherwise in his first adressing to the Tribunal`s Hearing council in december 2004 general Milošević  pleaded not guilty on all accounts of accussation.

At the end of visit  further cooperation in collecting new evidence for defence of former general of Republika Srpska Military mr. Milošević have been arranged.
