Today the Secretariat delivered to the ICTY Prosecutor the new additional evidence in order to extend the indictment against Rasim Delic, former commander of the Main Staff of the BiH Army.
This is the second time that the Secretariat has delivered the additional evidence, according to the previous agreement made with the senior trial attorney.
In this way the Secretariat expects that the previously delivered material together with the new one will make conditions for the ICTY Prosecutor to extend the indictment.
