According to the previous agreement made with the Senior Trial Attorney, the Secretariat collected the additional evidence and delivered it to the Tribunal Prosecution in order to extend the indictment against the accused Rasim Delic.
Rasim Delic, former Commander of the Main Staff of BiH Army, charged with four counts for violations of the law and customs of war, voluntarily surrendered to the Tribunal 28 February. At the initial appearance before the Tribunal, he claimed not guilty. Rasim Delic was temporarily released 6 May 2005.
