Today, defence counsels of generals Radivoje Miletic, Milan Gvero, and Momcilo Krajisnik visited the Secretariat.
According to the previous agreement, the Secretariat handed over video, photo and written material to Ms Natasa Ivanovic, who is a defence counsel in the trial against generals Radivoje Miletic and Milan Gvero. This material includes documentation about crimes committed against Serbs in the Podrinje region from 1992 – 1995.
The Head of the Secretariat agreed on the further cooperation with Ms Milena
Kusmuk, Ms Jovanka Jovic and Mr Bozo Kijac, defence counsels in the trial
against Momcilo Krajisnik. Furthermore, the Secretariat stressed its willingness
to grant future requests made by the defence counsels in regard to the transfer
of the documentation during the trial.
