Today the Secretariat was visited by defence counsel Mr Branislav Tapuskovic and investigator Mr Svetislav Ristic, members of the general Dragomir Milosevic’s defence team.

In reply to the request submitted by counsel Tapuskovic, the Secretariat transferred the material which would be used as evidence in the trial. At the meeting it was agreed on the further cooperation and the Secretariat stressed its willingness to grant future requests made by the defence counsels in regard to the transfer of the documentation during the trial.

In the Indictment, general Dragomir Milosevic, as the commander of the Sarajevo-Romanija corps is charged based on the individual criminal responsibility and the criminal responsibility of the superior officer  in 4 counts for crimes against humanity and in 3 counts for violation of the law and customs of war. In the initial appearance before the Trial Chamber general Miletic pleaded not guilty.
