REGISTER INDEX

Index register contains kind of information that are under control of Republic Center for Research War Crimes (in further text referred as the Center), information that the Center has in disposal, form of information that are on disposal and data where those information can be accessed.

I KIND OF INFORMATION

Information in the sense of the article 3 item 1 of that Law on Freedom of Access Information, except when information have quality of personal information which are related on physical person are the next:

1. Information that ensues as a result of cooperation of the International Criminal Tribunal in The Hague,Court of BiH and entity courts as well as cooperation with lawyer`s teams of defense of suspect persons and assistance to them,

2. Information about activities of bearer of cooperation, that are determined by Law on Cooperation of Republika Srpska with International Criminal Tribunal in The Hague,

3. Information on work of commissions of experts within the Center that are working on analytic studies about character of conflicts in the region of Bosnia and Herzegovina,

4. Information on total number and kind of received written requests by International Criminal Tribunal in the Hague,Court of BiH and entity courts and replies to them

5. Information that ensues as result of work on gathering of evidences and information about committed war crimes, work on research of war crimes and work on preparation and publishing of suitable publication of the Center,

6. Information on principles of regulation of material and social issues of suspect persons and members of their families,

7. Information from a registry from public medias,

8. Information on planned and realized funds calculated by Budged of Republika Srpska for needs of the Center,

9. Information about employees in the Center,

10. Information on acts that enact the director of the Center (orders, decisions, instructions).

II FORM OF INFORMATION

In dependence of a request a form of information can be given either like copy of original document or like separate information with referral to a source of information.

III THE PLACE FOR ACCESS INFORMATION

The office of the professional assistant for information and public relation is the place where applicant can gain information about submitted request or where it can be accessed to wanted and approved information.

The Center as public agency, will take over all necessary measures of assistance to every claimant with aim to achieve the rights that are guaranteed by the Law on Freedom of Access Information.
