How to get information

Republic Secretariat for Relations with International Criminal Tribunal in The Hague and War Crime Research from its begining showed open attitude toward all public.By this it showed its readiness that all information which Secretariat posses can be given to all interested parties

In order to gain its right for free access to the information,all physical and legal persons should fulfill Application Guide and deliver it to the premises of the Secretariat (Banja Luka, Vuka Karadžica 6) in a way described in Guide and Index Register.

Actual expenses of copying done by physical and legal persons are regulated by Manual on copying of materials which was issued by Ministry of Justice and which is being fullfilled according to the Law on free access to the information article 16.
