Having been performing work within
its competence, Republic Secretariat for Relations with International Criminal
Tribunal in The Hague and Research War Crimes came into possession of great
amount of evidences on committed war crimes and serious violation of
International Humanitarian Law.
It is about various evidences, from statements
of witnesses, both eyewitnesses and victims, finding of experts, photo
documentation, video materials and audio materials.
Great amount of the mentioned evidences were
submitted to the International Criminal Tribunal in The Hague with goal to
process persons responsible for committed crimes, but in most cases, we did not
get any reply from International Criminal Tribunal in The Hague or indication
about possible process for crimes on which mentioned evidences
indicate.
This gallery presents only one review of small
amount of evidences of various kinds that are in possession of this Secretariat
and that were submitted to the International Criminal Tribunal in The
Hague.
