Republic Secretariat for relation with International Criminal Tribunal in Hague and war crime research sent on 24 of October 2007 a request about current status of the case for war crimes ,named Dobrovoljačka Ulica , to BiH State Prosecutor Office .In accordance with so called Road Rules Secretariat delivered this case to the International Criminal Tribunal in Hague for legal assessment in September 2002 and from May 2005 this case and its amandements were handed over to the BiH State Prosecutor Office.

Secretariat also offered its help to the State Prosecutor Office in collecting proves and documents for processing of the mentioned case. Secretariat hopes that BiH State Prosecutor Office will answer this request as soon as possible
