For longer period of time Secretariat for relation with international criminal tribunal in the Hague is conducting investigation on events dating from 1995 when Croatian army attacked certain areas of Republika Srpska. As a first part of such investigation Secretariat have investigated, in cooperation with municipalities Novi Grad, Kostajnica and Kozarska Dubica , attack of Croatian Army on Republika Srpska on area of these municipalities in 1995. As a result of this investigation Secretarita published a book named " Agression of Republic of Croatia on Republic of Srpska - Concequences in municipalites Novi Grad, Kostajnica and Kozarska Dubica- september 1995 "

Upon publication of this book representatives of Secretariat visited on 04/12/2008 a President of Republika Srpska Rajko Kuzmanovic which gave him the book. President expressed his satisfaction that Secretariat in its work have included actions on investigation and documenting such events. He praised representatives of Secretariat for completion of this project and encourage them to continue this great work. President expressed expectation that Secretariat will continue with publication of future books and material and promised his support in these efforts.
